The decoders memory was corrupted while writing to the flash memory.To recover a BE1 ,you have to preform the following button sequence on your decoder's front panel within 5 seconds of starting the process.

• 990 & 933 -reset the decoder by pressing and releasing the two left buttons (standby and tv/audio) simultaneously .Your decoder will flash dl.
• whiles dl is flashing ,press the standby button
• press P+
• press P-
• press the standby button again
• the decoder will now show dE and start the download process

• Dual view - reset the decoder by pressing and releasing (menu & down arrow) simultaneously.Your decoder will flash dl
• whiles dl is flashing, press the menu
• press up arrow
• press down arrow
• press standby button again
• the decoder will now show dE and start the download process

• 910 -reset the decoder by pressing and releasing (stanby & TV/Audio) simultaneously.Your decoder will reboot then flash dL
• whiles dL is flashing ,press the standby button
• press Up arrow
• press Down arrow
• then press the standby button again
• the decoder will now show dE and start the download process
